What is Not Original

1: Radiator - I had a new rad built as the original was leaking. I have the original one and will include it with the car. 2017

2: Battery - When I bought the car there was no battery. 2017

3: Tires - For safety reasons I replaced all four tires with radial Diamond Backs from Rocky Island Tire Company in Bracebridge 2017. Each tire was installed on original rims with tubes. Note what I believe is the original, unused bias ply spare is included with the car.

What is Wrong?

1: Clock does not work

2: Interior dash and dome light not working

3: Large water stain on drivers side door panel (see gallery) and blanket throw rope on the back of the front seat (for rear passengers) is slightly ripped and needs to be stitched back. Interior fabric has stained somewhat but not surprising after 71 years!

4: Speedo is not accurate, on long trip can become erratic and tends to show that it is going about 10 mph faster than it is.

5: Radio does not work

6. Needs some new weather stripping, engine cowl and some door seals. Is currently leaking into car interior but i simply don't drive it in the rain!

7: Leaks have caused some rust to floorpans with some minor holes, repairable without having to replace, I have currently removed front and rear carpeting and underpad. Underpad needs to be replaced.

7: Hood ornament is missing small back section of the rocket but otherwise in great shape!

8: Original paint has crackling and some chipping. Mostly tops of front quarter panels. I have waxed and maintained with a tiny bit of black touch-up for protection.
